How do you pin down your POV?

Alright, so. I'm getting ready to dig into my fill for the [community profile] ddsherman exchange—which I am so excited about, seriously—and while I have my concept pretty well thought through, I'm having trouble pinning down which character POV I want to do it in. Obviously I can't give many details, given the nature of the project, but I'm curious if y'all have any tricks for deciding on character POV when one doesn't immediately rise to the top? Usually when I'm getting started on a story there's a certain angle that will feel right, but this one is tempting me from a few different angles and I don't want to let my indecision trip up whatever momentum I may be able to get going. All thoughts and advice are appreciated. :)
