[EVENT] HBO War Rolling Remix: Schedule Update!

Hey y'all! Now that we're heading into the final assignment week of the 2020 Rolling Remix, I wanted to post an updated schedule to let everyone know what happens next. The collection will go live on June 22, 2020 at 9 AM CST. Prior to that, I will be reaching out to all participants to change the publish date of their fic to June 21, 2020*. This is to make it appear like all fic were posted on the same date, which makes the anonymity of the order all the remixes were written in more difficult to determine.

Fic that have been posted to the collection will not be made visible to the public until the posting date has been changed.

Here is the schedule laid out for reference:

Friday, May 1, 2020: Sign-ups go live at midnight CST.
Sunday, May 10, 2020: Sign-ups close at midnight CST.
Monday, May 11, 2020: Assigned dates and finalized schedule go out, the "starter" fic is sent to the first participating author on the list.
Sunday, June 21, 2020: Participants are to change the publish date of their fic on AO3 to June 21, 2020.
Monday, June 22, 2020: Collection goes live to the public, authors remain anonymous.
Friday, June 26, 2020: Authors and remix order revealed. (Remix order will be posted here on Dreamwidth, over on the Heavy Artillery Tumblr, and in the description of the collection.)
