Title: Day 9: “But, all things being equal, I'd rather be in Philadelphia.”
Pairing/Characters: background Bill Guarnere/Francis Peca
Warnings: none
Summary: prompt: one modern au one at someone's apartment where it's all warm and cozy and everyone's got hot chocolate and they all fall asleep together in front of the tv?, for [archiveofourown.org profile] debeauharnais

Naturally, it was Bill’s idea. Luz picked the movie—“Die Hard is totally a Christmas movie.” Gene supplied the hot chocolate, enriched with bourbon and topped with marshmallows. Toye plugged in the Christmas tree, decorated by Fran, the lights casting a ribboned-glow across the television.

Halfway through Die Hard 3 and their fifth (or sixth?) bourbon-and-cocoa, Babe fell asleep, slumped on the couch between Gene and Bill. His gentle snores caused a domino effect until one-by-one each man had fallen asleep.

When Fran returned that evening, the apartment was stuffed with sleeping boys, film credits rolling over the TV screen.
