I'm grateful for all the variety of preferences and opinions in this fandom. It's both incredibly nice to have options re: content, and also to hear people talk about things they love and to start to appreciate their perspectives while they flail about their favorites.

Y'all are great and the meta conversations that have cropped up recently have been very engaging and interesting and forced me to ask questions I wouldn't have uncovered on my own. None of that ever would have happened without such enthusiastic fandom participants, so thank you for bringing your excitement to the table!

There's definitely something for everyone, and conversely something everyone dislikes, but so far mostly people are pretty chill about it. Which is nice.

I recently found out Nix's likely breed of dog: German shepherd. It's the kind of dog his mom was involved in breeding, and the kind she used in Guide Dogs for the Blind, which she helped start/was the president of.

I still like Tec's headcanon that he had a small dog though.

My personal headcanon was that it was a redheaded golden retriever. Just because they resemble Dick.

I'm kinda rocking my Vizsla theory now, though. But what are those little fluffy dogs that are black and white with fur in their eyes. I think one of those.
