I know you all think I'm sucked over to the Pacific side of things ("I don't really think there's enough canon for me to write Andy/Eddie," said Mucca four months ago.), but I want to talk about the way Nix goes out of his way to make Dick smile, and the way Dick can't help smiling.

"It's a can of peaches, sir." and the tiniest smile in the whole world is one of my favourite beats in the series.

I love the way Nix goes out of his way for Dick full stop. He's constantly looking for Winters, going out of his way to be where Dick is. His entire arc is like not doing what he's supposed to be doing because he's chasing after Dick. It's beautiful
