One more quick schedule update: instead of opening on the morning of Wednesday, March 10, the collection for Heavy Artillery's Rare Pair Exchange will be opening on Friday, March 12. That allows everyone a couple of extra days to edit their fic before the world gets to read it.
Please make sure you at least have a mostly-finished draft of your fic posted to the AO3 collection (which you can find here) and gifted to the appropriate recipient ASAP. Even if you still need to go back and finish editing or want to rewrite the ending before Friday morning, submit your fic to the collection. That will allow me to check that everyone participating is on track to receive their gift and make sure we don't need to pull out any last minute pinch hits.

March 8: Fic due by 8PM CST.
March 10: Collection goes live for reading.
March 17: Author reveals.

If you add your fic to the collection, it must be complete. You'll still have until the collection goes live on March 3rd to edit your fic, but make sure it's in the collection by March 1st, or you'll be considered as defaulting, which means your assignment will be passed on to a pinch hitter.
If you're not officially participating in the exchange, but you've written a gift fic for someone who is participating, you can add it to the Gifts & Extras collection here.
We also have a last minute pinch hit that needs to be filled! If you think you're up to the task of writing a fic that's at least 1,000 words long by March 1st, check out the DW post and leave your AO3 name and a good method of contact (e-mail or DW preferred) in the screened comments.
